The Helmeted Hornbill is native to the forests of Borneo, Sumatra, the Malay Peninsula, and Southern Thailand. A unique feature of their nesting behavior is that when raising offspring, the female encases herself inside of a tree where she lives for five months with her one chick, while the male brings them food.
Under a Golden Sun
The caracal is a medium-sized wild cat native to Africa and the Middle East. They have long, tufted ears, and some believe they use ear-twitching as a way to communicate. Caracals also have excellent jumping abilites and can jump up to 10 feet in the air.
Edmontosaurus
Edmontosaurus lived 83.6-66 million years ago. They could grow up to 40 feet long, and though they were primairily quadriped, they could also walk on two legs. They had powerful jaws and were herbivores, eating pinecones, fruits, seeds, and twigs.
